Apply morning and evening to a perfectly cleansed and dry face and neck.
Take one pump of the ideal dose , then smooth the skin from the inside out using circular and upward movements to stimulate microcirculation and promote absorption of the treatment. You can add half a pump if necessary, but no more for better absorption.
