1. Delivery
1.1. Delivery areas
Our products are available for delivery to mainland France, Monaco, European Union countries, the United States and Canada.

Any order to another country is possible, the customer is then invited to contact customer service before confirming their order at the following address: contact@alyscamps.co
1.2. Preparation and shipping times
Orders are processed within an average of 24 working hours (48 hours maximum) from their validation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier chosen when placing the order.
For France, the delivery types are as follows:
- Standard delivery - Colissimo: 2 to 4 working days to your home (no countersignature required). Free for purchases over €60 incl. VAT
- Delivery to a collection point - 2 shop by Chronopost : delivery in 3-4 working days to a collection point. Free for purchases over €60 incl. VAT.
Express delivery, within 24 hours, is possible via Chronopost if the request is made before 1 p.m. The customer is then invited to contact customer service before confirming their order at the following address: contact@alyscamps.co
Delivery costs will be specified on the Site www.alyscamps.co, all taxes included, during the Order process and must be accepted by the Customer at the time of validation of the order (except for express delivery).
They will appear on a specific line, separate from the one specifying the price of the products.
It is expressly stated that the amount of delivery costs may vary depending on the territory of delivery of the Products, which the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.
Delivery times are indicated on the Site and depend on the delivery method chosen by the Customer.
In the absence of an indication on the Site of a delivery time for the Products, ALYSCAMPS undertakes to deliver them within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the Order validation email sent to the Customer by ALYSCAMPS. In this case, the Products concerned are delivered within the time indicated on the Site and recalled at the time of the Order.
However, since ALYSCAMPS uses external service providers (carriers, postal services, etc.) to deliver the Products, ALYSCAMPS is entirely dependent on these third-party service providers. The delivery times indicated on the Site may therefore be affected by the service providers, without ALYSCAMPS being responsible for these delivery delays and the consequences that may result from them.
When delivery is made against signature, this constitutes proof of proper receipt of the package. The transfer of risks and liability relating to the Products takes place upon receipt of the Products by the Customer. From this date, the Customer will be solely responsible for them, as well as for their use and any consequences that may arise therefrom. Consequently, the Customer undertakes to check, at the time of delivery, that the Order delivered is complete, compliant and has not been damaged. Otherwise, the Customer undertakes to refuse to accept the Order and to affix his signature on any supporting document. Any Order received against signature by the Customer will be considered to be compliant, complete and in perfect condition at the time of delivery.
1.3. Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email including a carrier tracking number is sent to the customer as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

1.4. Receipt and verification
The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon delivery.
In the event of damage, missing product or anomaly, the customer must report it within 48 hours of receiving the package to contact@alyscamps.co, attaching photos of the package and/or the product concerned.
1.5. How to modify or add a delivery address
Log in to your ALYSCAMPS customer account, then click on the “My account” icon at the top right of the site.
Then click on “view addresses” under “account details” then on “Edit” to modify your address or on “add a new address” to create a new one.
You can also choose to delete an address by clicking on “Delete”.
If you have already placed the order, you can no longer change the delivery address. You must then contact customer service directly at contact@alyscamps.co

2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
2.1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay penalties.
However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed or used, for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Only unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned.
2.2. Return procedure
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must:
- Send a request by email to contact@alyscamps.co specifying the order number concerned.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Return the products to the address indicated, at your own expense, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unopened and accompanied by the delivery slip.
2.3. Reimbursement
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment provided by the customer.
Reimbursement will be made via the same payment method used when ordering, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2.4. Defective products or preparation errors
In case of defective, damaged product or error in the order, the customer must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt by sending a photo of the product concerned.
A replacement or full refund will then be offered, at no cost to the customer.
